TOPIC:
In 2026, the world geared up for huge moments like the Winter Olympics, the FIFA World Cup, the Super Bowl, sold-out concert tours, and blockbuster films like Spider-Man: Brand New Day. Each took planning, creativity, and step-by-step preparation. OC YMF committees do the same when hosting major annual events such as the Charity Pickleball Tournament, Engineers Week, Speed Mentorship, and more.
Choose one major 2026 event and explain how preparing for it mirrors your own step-by-step journey from student to young engineer. Then describe the specific strengths you personally bring to two OC YMF committees (each from a different committee group) and explain how your ideas would support OC YMF’s annual events. Be creative. OC YMF is full of unique stars, and we want to see what makes you one of them.
Your submission should be a single-spaced, one-page personal statement with a creative title, written entirely by you without the use of AI.
