ASCE OC YMF hosted its annual Game Night, bringing together ASCE student chapters from across Orange County for an evening filled with games, laughter, and connection. The event served as a unique opportunity for students from different universities to interact outside of the classroom and strengthen the sense of community within ASCE OC.
Attendees enjoyed a variety of interactive games that encouraged teamwork and friendly competition while providing a relaxed environment for conversation and networking. Beyond the games, students had the chance to meet and engage with members of the ASCE OC YMF team, learning more about YMF involvement, professional development opportunities, and the transition from student member to younger professional.
Events like Game Night highlight ASCE OC YMF’s commitment to supporting and connecting the next generation of civil engineers. By creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere, the event helped foster meaningful connections among students and reinforced the value of involvement within ASCE beyond academics.
The ASCE OC YMF looks forward to continuing to host events that bring student chapters together and strengthen the bridge between students and industry professionals.
