Neil Morrison

Neil Morrison, PE served as president of the Orange County Branch from October 2000 to September 2001.  He was also president of the ASCE Los Angeles Section.   Neil Monison currently works at the Port of Long Beach and was formerly the Division vice Pres. for the Site Development Group of Tetra Tech Inc. He is registered as a civil engineer in four states and has a BSCE degree and a MBA degree. Neil is President of the Home Builders Council and was on the Board of Directors of Building Industry Association of Orange County and of Southern California.
