Craig Foster, EIT, CPSWQ, QSD/P, NPDES Manager, City of Santa Ana
Craig has been with the City’s Public Works Agency for over 8 years and recently focused on obtaining grant funds for multi-benefit stormwater capture projects. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Earth Sciences from UC Santa Cruz and a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from UC Irvine. Craig is a Certified Professional in Stormwater Quality, a licensed QSD/QSP, and holds an Engineer-In-Training certificate.
