About the event

Get to visit a real time construction project and develop a greater understanding of how civil engineering theory is put into practice by joining ASCE OC Construction Institute (CI) for a construction site tour of CHOC's Southwest Tower on Friday, June 14th! Lunch will be provided to all attendees before the tour. Spots are limited!

Includes lunch, tour, and PPE rental (if needed)

Early Bird (Deadline 5/24, 6pm): 

ASCE Member: $25

Non-Member: $35

Regular Registration (5/24, 6pm to 6/7, 6pm)

ASCE Member: $30

Event Agenda:

1:00 - 1:45pm: Lunch at Biggs Cardosa Associates, Inc.

1:45 - 2:00pm: Walk to CHOC Campus

2:00 - 3:00pm: CHOC Southwest Tower Construction Site Tour

Parking and meeting location will be provided to all attendees upon registration.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn on the tour. Don't have PPE? Not a problem! We can let you borrow ours! This PPE includes: hard hat, vest, eye protection, gloves. Please ensure you wear closed-toe sneakers, long pants, and long sleeve shirts. Sandals, slippers, dressy shoes, shorts, tank tops, are not acceptable.
