Celeste is an Assistant Engineer at Metropolitan Water District who recently graduated from Cal Poly Pomona. She has been heavily involved in ASCE and SWE since her first year of college and served as the SWE president. Celeste continues to stay involved in ASCE, fueled by her commitment to community engagement.
