State Legislator of the Year

State Senator Dave Min is awarded the State Legislator of the Year for his outstanding contributions to infrastructure and support of the public works industry. Senator Min was elected in 2020 to represent Orange County’s 37th State Senate District. In the Senate, Senator Min is focused on gun violence prevention, climate action, economic development and innovation, and investing in public education. He serves as Chair of the Senate Natural Resources and Water Committee, which has jurisdiction over the state’s environmental stewardship, including protection of California’s public lands and coastline, oil and gas regulation, and preserving biodiversity.
