Outstanding ASCE Faculty Advisor

Dr. Thang Le is a licensed Structural and Civil Engineer with expertise in high-rise, mixed-use, and seismic retrofit design. He holds a Ph.D. in Earthquake Engineering from the University of Southern California and leads Thang Le & Associates.

He also serves as a lecturer at several California State universities, teaching structural design and earthquake engineering while mentoring students in research and hands-on design projects. Dr. Le contributes to national code development through ASCE, ACI, and the American Wood Council, and was recognized with the 2025 Excellent Educator Award at CSU Long Beach.
