Outstanding Flood Management Project

The Rousselle Street Flood Protection Project is a multi-benefit flood reduction project that featured the replacement of 1,350 linear-feet of 51-inch storm drain pipe with an 8-foot-wide by 7-foot-high RCB storm drain.  The Project reduced flood risks by providing sufficient capacity for a 100-year storm event.
