Outstanding Construction Project

The East Garden Grove–Wintersburg Channel Bridges Improvement Project reconstructed three bridges in the City of Huntington Beach and added new flood walls along the C05 Channel. Funded by the Orange County Flood Control District and led by Orange County Public Works, the project enhances mobility and meets updated FEMA flood-protection standards.
