Oso Tower is UC Irvine’s newest student housing facility, redeveloping approximately 2.4 acres of a former parking lot into a vibrant five-story residential tower that provides 424 student beds in suite-style quads for first-year students, with amenities thoughtfully designed to promote wellbeing, connection and sustainability.
