Outstanding Construction Project

The I5 Segment 1 project included the demolition and reconstruction of the existing I5 Avery Parkway overcrossing in the Cities of Mission Viejo and Laguna Nigel, the reconstruction of 4 ramps at Avery Parkway and 5 ramps at Crown Valley Parkway.  It also included the construction of 19 retaining walls spanning more than 1.5 miles.  Segment 1 included the demolition and reconstruction of a communication Hubb and various drainage and electrical system modifications.
