Outstanding Civil Engineer in the Public Sector

Yazdan Emrani, P.E., F.ASCE, is a servant leader and Outstanding Civil Engineer in the Public Sector. He has provided professional design, support services and leadership to multiple public agencies over the course of his career. Serving as Public Works Director and/or City Engineer for these agencies, he has shown his commitment to improving every community in which he has served and improving the lives of every person that is a member of that community. He embraces the philosophy that civil engineers are uniquely qualified to fulfill society's needs for high quality infrastructure and services which he has implemented throughout his career.
