Outstanding Mentor of the Year

Josue Vaglienty is a Senior PM at OCTA, where he manages transportation projects in environmental, design, and construction phases. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Cal Poly, SLO and a M.S. in Transportation Management from the Mineta Transportation Institute. Josue has over 22 years of experience in public and private sectors, specializing in surface transportation. He is passionate about mentorship and has participated in mentorship programs with OCTA, WTS, American Society of Civil Engineers, and United Way OC.
