Outstanding Younger Civil Engineer

Jenny Robinet has 11 years experience as a dedicated water resource engineer, highly specialized in hydrology and hydraulics.  Jenny is a strong advocate for civic and industry participation, being an active member of ASCE since her freshman year in college, and of the Environmental and Water Resources Institute (EWRI) Orange County since 2013.
