Outstanding Small Project

Replacement of a failed portion of the Carbon Creek Channel in Anaheim restored critical flood control capacity within a constrained urban corridor. The project used innovative geotechnical and construction solutions, accelerated delivery, and precise integration with existing infrastructure to enhance safety, resilience, and long-term performance.
