Outstanding Roadways and Highways Project

The OCTA I 5 South County Improvements Project (Segment 3), in cooperation with Caltrans District 12, in the cities of Laguna Hills, Lake Forest, and Mission Viejo widened freeway lanes and ramps, rebuilt Los Alisos Bridge, Walls and sustainable upgrades including the Aliso Creek Bike path to relieve congestion, improve safety and overall quality of life across the four cities. Delivered during COVID-19 disruptions and utility delays, team kept traffic moving, maintained incident free performance, and resolved claims saving millions in taxpayers' dollars.
