Floyd McLellan

Floyd McLellan, PE served as president of the Orange County Branch from October 1961 to September 1962.  Floyd McLellan is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and has a Masters Degree from the University of Southern California. He served as the Building Official for Orange County during the time that the County was the fastest growing area in the USA. He took part in the approval of the plans and construction of the John Wayne Airport.
