ASCE OC YMF

The November 2014 General Meeting took on a special purpose on top of the usual purpose of being a friendly environment for networking.  The General Meeting served as a fundraiser for OC YMF.  The event was held at Veggie Grill in Irvine on November 11.  Veggie Grill provides a very generous fundraising opportunity for non-profit groups such as ASCE.  The venue gives back 50% of all fundraiser sales to the organization.  As a result, OC YMF did very well in the event raising approximately $250.  Attendance was steady throughout the night with over 25 individuals participating in the fundraiser.  The event brought out many new faces as well as well-known faces.  November’s General Meeting proved to be a huge success.
