ASCE OC YMF Hosts a Bar Crawl

OC YMF has hosted an annual wine trip for many years, where several wineries are visited over the course of a day.  OC YMF has not hosted a similar event for the many members that love beer.  To fill that demand, the first Bar Crawl was cohosted with the Society of Women Engineers and the UCI Engineering Alumni Association at the recently hip Downtown Santa Ana, on Friday, September 11th.  Attendees started at the Good Beer Company which offered many sour beers and a laid back environment.  The night progressed to the 4th Street Market for a quick bite to eat before going to Native Son Alehouse which had a wide selection of beers on an outdoor patio.  Members were able to mingle amongst the different groups at different stages in their careers.  The night ended at the underground bar called Copper Door where the attendees danced the rest of night away.  Everyone had a very good time conversing and drinking some good beers.  Other Bar Crawls are sure to occur in the future at a different city.
