Student Chapters ASCE x ITE CEE Banquet

ASCE UCI and ITE UCI hosted the 2023 ASCE x ITE UCI CEE Banquet on May 25th, 2023 in celebration of all the year’s accomplishments. Presentations summarizing all the year’s projects at PSWS and other competitions were made. Several of the outgoing and incoming board members made speeches for the big upcoming year. Trivia games and raffles with fun gifts were given out to the members, and pictures were taken as a last hoorah to send off the outgoing seniors!

About the Author:

Matthew Cheung is a rising senior majoring in Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of California, Irvine, and is one of the External Activities coordinators of the student chapter of ASCE for the 2023-2024 school year. Matthew likes to work out, sing, play music, and cook. Matthew wants to work in water resources and water pollution and is interning with the LA County Sanitation Districts at the Joint Water Pollution Control Plant.
