St. Patrick's Day Happy Hour Social

ASCE OC YMF was excited to host an in-person social with fellow engineers with great appetizers, live music, drinks, and raffle prizes on St. Patrick’s Day! It was very nice to see new faces, students and to catch up with friends that we haven’t seen in a while. It was encouraging to hear everyone was ready to get back into the groove of attending all the great events OC YMF typically hosts as well as volunteering again. We ordered a range of delicious food from flautas to new sushi appetizers on the menu and there were fun green drinks available for individuals to purchase for the occasion! The live music at the restaurant played great songs and we were all very impressed with their voices and the accordion player!

Fun times at Perla on St. Patrick’s Day!

We raffled off a $50 gift card to Perla, a $50 gas gift card as we know the prices are high right now, and a discount to the upcoming ASCE OC Branch Awards Night on April 12th(Registration is open now!), and our winners were excited and appreciated it! Huge Thank You to Perla Mexican Cuisine, a delicious restaurant owned by the family of our YMF Secretary, Gerardo Padilla! They are always so helpful and accommodating, there is plenty of room outside for us to mix and mingle. If any committee needs a space to meet or if anyone needs a location for your next date night, Perla's is the way to go!

It was a great night overall and we look forward to getting back to having this kind of social monthly.
