Resume Workshop at CSULB

In February, the ASCE OC University Outreach Committee held Resume Review Interview Panels for the Local Universities on each respective campus. CSULB’s panel occurred on February 16th, with 3 professionals and 9 students in attendance. The professional panel consisted of a variety of Civil Engineering disciplines and experience levels. Our focus was to provide the students with insights on online job search, professional branding, networking, resumes, and interviewing. They will have the opportunity to take what they learned and put it into practice in the second part of our event, the ASCE OC Mock Interview Workshop, which will be hosted on Saturday, April 9th.
