Lacy has been a great supporter of infrastructure improvements and funding. She has developed an interdisciplinary collaboration on the planning and execution of the OC Infrastructure Summits, that have become an annual conference for local government and business leaders to tackle the challenges of infrastructure design, funding, construction and maintenance. Lacy has reached out and partnered with ASCE OC for these summits and provided the opportunity and continues to partner with ASCE OC to promote the ASCE reports cards.
