Managed, designed, and oversaw construction support for the following projects:
- Christ Our Savior Catholic Parish, Santa Ana, CA – 28,000 sf Church and Parish Center consisting of open-web steel joists, steel beams, trusses, pile foundations, BRB braced frames.
- Marina Del Rey Marriotts, Marina Del Rey, CA - 260,000 sf 5-story wood framed hotel supported by wood shear walls and a post-tensioned podium slab with mat slab foundations.

Performed structural calculations, design, and analysis for structural elements utilizing appropriate building codes for the following projects:
- Warm Springs, Fremont, CA – 255,000 sf, 6-story parking structure with post-tensioned concrete slabs, columns, and shear walls.
- Santa Clara Retail Square, Santa Clara, CA – 117,900 sf of eight retail buildings consisting of steel beam framing, CMU shear walls and special moment frames.
