Project Location:

Project Description:

Construction of a new 23,000 SF LEED Gold Library, new one-acre open space, and renovation of an existing 9,000 SF building to serve as the new LEED Silver Community Center.

Project Justification:

This project provides facilities and resources for both children and adults to further their knowledge; provides spaces to learn, collaborate, exercise, and host special events.

Special Circumstances:

This project has furthered the special relationship between the City of Costa Mesa and the County of Orange Library operations team.

Project Attachments:

This program of projects brings several amenities to the community to enhance personal development, health, and comradery.
