Recently Clint’s PE stamp and signature were copied on a plan sheet without his review and approval.  Rather than writing a critical email, he spoke to his client who was unaware of the situation.  Client’s client agreed with Clint’s concerns and contacted the individual (at another firm) who made the copy, and informed him why his copying of Clint’s stamp and signature was inappropriate.  The whole situation was rectified without any derogatory written communications.
